The Samsung 4G LTE phone that didn’t have a name at CES 2011 or MWC 2011 has now passed FCC regulations and is rumored to hit stores mid-April according to a tipster close to TechnoBuffalo.

One of the more exciting things to come out is that the phone will last an entire day while connected to LTE, meaning we don’t have to worry about wonderful 4G speeds killing our devices. The tipster also reported that the phone will receive the same 4G speeds as the 4G LTE data card from Verizon without overclocking, which means users are in for a big surprise once they upgrade from their 3G phones.

Here’s a quick rundown of the specs:

  • 4.3 inch AMOLED screen
  • Upgradeable Android 2.2 Froyo
  • 1 GHz Hummingbird processor (pairs well with fast 4G LTE speeds)
  • Mobile hotspot (8 devices max)
  • 8 MP rear camera
  • 1.3 MP front camera
  • 828 MBs internal memory storage
  • Micro-SD card slot upgradeable to 32 GBs
  • Bluetooth 3.0
  • HDMI out, 720 HD video
  • 1500 mAh Lilon battery
