Samsung Droid Charge Hits Walmart Website, Release Date Still To Be Announced

A previously leaked roadmap from Sears/Kmart had given us an April 14th release date for the Samsung Droid Charge.

And, briefly, the Walmart Wireless website showed a placeholder page for the Charge, though this disappeared fairly quickly. But even when it was up, it offered none of the details we’re all waiting to hear: no pricing, release date, nor specs. All they gave us was a photo, featuring the beloved Droid red eye.

Why So Quiet on the Charge Front?

There has been a surprising lack of noise about this phone in advance of its release.  Is this because it doesn’t give us a lot to shout about, in comparison with the more powerful devices being released? What do you think?
