One of the first thing’s I did when I got this review unit from Google was to see if I could get the 1TB of free space for Google Drive that comes with the Chromebook Pixel. Which I was able too. So I’m going to walk you through how to do that. It’s actually quite easy to do.
How to Claim your 1TB of Google Drive Space for your Chromebook Pixel
- Go to the Chromebook Goodies page on your Chromebook Pixel
- You’ll see an image similar to the one below, except there will be a blue box, click that box
- Within about 10 minutes you should see your Google Drive space jump to 1TB which is good for 3 years.
On the Chromebook Goodies page you’ll also see your 12 free sessions of GoGo InAir Wi-Fi for those that travel a lot. Which you’ll want to bookmark that page so you can use it next time you fly somewhere and want to use the internet.
It’s just that easy to get your Chromebook Goodies. Now this will work for other Chromebooks as well. Most of you know that every other Chromebook also comes with 100GB of Google Drive storage and 12 free Gogo in-air internet passes. So you’ll just use the same method as I described above. It’s really quick and simple.
