CyanogenMod 10.1 Nightlies Now available for Verizon Galaxy S4

Today marks the day of the first CyanogenMod 10.1 nightly for the Verizon Galaxy S4. As usual you can find all the nightlies at get.cm. Keep in mind that these are nightlies and super beta so things are probably broken.

Galaxy Camera on Sale for $370 on eBay

The white Samsung Galaxy Camera is currently on sale for $370 on eBay. That’s about $130 off the regular price. The red and blue versions are still a bit more expensive. You can check out my review of the Galaxy Camera here.

Feedly gets updated, bringing support for third party apps too

Today, Feedly threw up a huge post on their blog about a new update. They are adding a ton of new features, including the ability to use third-party apps like you could with Google reader. You’ll be able to use greader, press and all your favorites very soon.

Facebook Says “Turn off Home”

Facebook admitted that Facebook Home hasn’t been received with open arms and that it’s having it’s fair share of problems. In a blog post today, Facebook pointed out that you can disable Home if you want. Allowing users to go back to their regular phone or launcher.

Hulu+ for Android gets updated today

Today, Hulu+ brought along some updates to their app. Here’s the full changelog from the Google Play Store:

What’s in this version:

Now offering even higher resolution playback for the following devices:
– Samsung Galaxy S4
– HTC One
– HTC Droid DNA
During playback, look out for the “hq” option. You’ll feel like you have bionic retina implants minus the deductible and waiting for its invention.
Also includes fixes for some playback issues for certain LG phones and other devices.

The 16GB model of the White Nexus 4 has finally sold out. That took a lot longer than 20 minutes this time. I guess a lot of people aren’t to excited for a white Nexus 4?

Galaxy S3 lands on Net10

Today, the MVNO carrier, Net10 announced their Galaxy S3 LTE and it’s now available for $440. The high price is due to the fact that it’s a no-contract carrier. So you can buy the phone, unlock it, and throw it on T-Mobile, AT&T, Straight Talk or any other GSM network.
