LG G Pad 7.0 Heading to Verizon as the LG-VK410?

A few weeks ago, LG announced three new G Pad tablets. Those were the 7-inch, 8-inch and 10-inch G Pads. We didn’t learn much about those tablets when they were announced, but we are learning more about them as we get closer to release dates. Now according to a leaked document, there’s a LG tablet heading to Verizon with 4G LTE, and it’s model number is the LG-VK410. It’s on the same document as the LG-VK810, which is the already released LG G Pad 8.3. We’re expecting the LG-V400 to be the WiFi version of the LG G Pad 7.0, and the LG-V410 to be the LTE version for AT&T. So it looks like Verizon gets an extra letter in the model number for their tablet. It’s interesting to see all these tablets heading to Verizon lately, I wonder how well they are selling for big red.

For those that need a refresher, the specs on the LG G Pad 7.0 include a 7-inch 1280×800 resolution display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 quad-core 1.2GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, 3.2MP camera on the back, 1.3MP camera on the front, and it’s running on Android 4.3 (with an update to Android 4.4 imminent, we may even see it before launch, at this point). I’d expect the specs for the Verizon versions to be identical with the only differences being the LTE radio and a Verizon logo or two.

So far there’s no word from Verizon on the release date or pricing, but I’d expect it to be a bit more than the WiFi version which also has no release date or pricing yet. So we’ll have to keep our eyes out for more information on these new LG G Pads, hopefully they are released before everyone forgets about them. How many of you are interested in a LG G Pad 7.0 on Verizon? Let us know in the comments below.
