The Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge are already looking to be two of the biggest devices of the year. That is at least if you believe the reports of the high number of pre-orders already in lieu, not to mention the predicted sales for the year, in general. It is not surprising though when you factor in the premium look of the devices mixed with the high-end specs that have already been announced.

For a brief recap, the Samsung Galaxy S6 (and S6 Edge) both come with a 5.1-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display with a 2560 x 1440 resolution. Inside, the S6 And S6 Edge are equipped with 3GB RAM and powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor, along with a Mali-T760 GPU for graphics. In terms of memory, the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will both be available in three storage variants consisting of 32GB, 64GB or 128GB. In terms of cameras, both variants will come with a 16-megapixel OIS rear camera option along with a 5-megapixel front-facing option. Both devices will come running on Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop) with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI on top. The Galaxy S6 will be powered by a 2,550mAh non-removable battery while the Galaxy S6 Edge will be powered by a 2,600mAh non-removable battery.

Well, it seems today is the day in which the availability announcements are being made. Samsung have already made a general announcement that the device will be on general pre-order starting tomorrow. Following on from this, a number of carriers have made their own announcement with details of their availability and pricing. Here is a quick recap of what is known so far.

T-Mobile

If you are planning on picking up either the Samsung Galaxy S6 or the S6 Edge from the Un-carrier then here is what you need to know. T-Mobile announced this morning that both the S6 and S6 Edge will be available in White Pearl and Black Sapphire and available for $0 down for the 32GB version. As such, the Galaxy S6 32GB can be picked up on a two-year contract for $28.33 per month while the Galaxy S6 Edge on the same two-year contract will cost $32.49 per month. If you are after the 64GB version, then both the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will set you back $99.99 up front. After which, the Galaxy S6 will be available for $27.50 a month while the S6 Edge will cost $31.66 per month. Likewise, if you are after the 128GB version then both the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will cost you $199.99 up front. The monthly cost will be set at $27.50 per month for the Galaxy S6 and $31.66 per month for the Galaxy S6 Edge. It is also worth noting that T-Mobile are offering a year’s worth of free Netflix for those who pre-order with them.

AT&T

Similar to T-Mobile, AT&T also announced their availability today for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge and here are those details. AT&T have confirmed that both the S6 and S6 Edge will be available to order from tomorrow online and in-store. Both variants will be available in Black Sapphire, White Pearl and Gold Platinum. In terms of pricing, AT&T are offering both the S6 and S6 Edge on their AT&T Next 24 plan (two-year contract). This means you can pick up the Galaxy S6 32GB variant for $22.84 per month.The Galaxy S6 Edge will cost $27.17 per month on the same plan. AT&T have also confirmed that both the 64 and 128GB variants will also be available although pricing has not yet been confirmed. If you do purchase through AT&T, then they have also announced that those who order either device can also pick up a Samsung Gear Circle Bluetooth Stereo headset with a $50 discount.

U.S. Cellular

If you do not plan to go with any of the bigger carriers and prefer the likes of U.S. Cellular then here are the details you need to know. U.S. Cellular have confirmed that they will be carrying both the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in White Pearl and Black Sapphire. Likewise, they have also confirmed that they will be offering both the 32GB and 64GB versions. If you are after a Galaxy S6 32GB then the price on a two-year contract will include an upfront payment of $199 while the 64GB version will come with an upfront payment of $299. If you prefer the look of the Galaxy S6 Edge, then the 32GB version will be available on a two-year contract with an upfront payment of $299 while the 64GB version will come with an upfront payment of $399

Verizon

Verizon has announced that pre-orders will begin on April 1st. The 32GB model of the Galaxy S6 will cost $199 on a 2-year after a $50 mail-in rebate, or $24.99 a month on the Edge plan, with full retail at $599.99. Those prices bump up to $299 on a 2-year after $50 mail-in rebate for the 64GB model, or $29.16 on the Edge plan with full retail at $699.99, and finally $399 on a 2-year after a $50 mail-in rebate, or $33.33 a month on the Edge plan with full retail at $799.99. As for the Galaxy S6 Edge, the 32GB model will cost subscribers $299 after a $50 rebate, $29.16 on Edge, and $699.99 full retail. The 64GB model will cost $399 after a $50 rebate or $33.33 on Edge with full retail at $799.99. Lastly, the 128GB model will cost $499 after a $50 rebate, or 37.49 on Edge with full retail at $899.99.

Sprint

Sprint will offering the Samsung Galaxy S6 for free after a $20 lease credit, but only for a limited time and only for the 32GB model when paired with the $80 Unlimited Plus plan. For the 64GB model, that leasing plan price jumps up to $85 a month, and the 128GB model jumps up to $90 a month. Sprint will also be offering the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with this plan, starting at $85 a month for the 32GB model, jumping up to $90 a month for the 64GB model, and finally $95 a month for the 128GB model.
