It is without much doubt that the circular form factor in the world of wearable smartwatches, makes for the most desirable of appearances. Motorola brought the Moto 360 to the market as the first smartwatch with a circular form factor, with LG following soon afterwards with the LG G Watch R and the Watch Urbane. With a new smartwatch on the near horizon from Huawei, more details are leaking of a possible price point for the device. The Huawei Watch is a particularly attractive looking piece of wearable technology that is certainly gaining much attention as a future launch draws closer.

According to a listing on MobileFun, the Huawei watch will sell at a possible starting price of $386.99. This price will apparently nab the black or silver versions for you while the gold edition will clock in at approximately $451.49. Keep in mind these listings are not officially confirmed or endorsed directly by Huawei. However, they do seem to be more logical price points when compared to the previously rumored $1000 amounts. While the Huawei watch would be priced about 100 dollars more than competing circular smartwatches, Huawei possibly feel that the extra style they are bringing to the table, warrants the premium price. While only time will tell, this alleged price point for the Huawei Watch seems very likely to be at least close to the final pricing of the device.

For those of you that don’t already know, the Huawei Watch is set to launch with a 1.4 inch AMOLED display, featuring a 400 x 400 resolution and 286 pixels-per-inch (PPI). As already stated, the Huawei watch will, of course, feature a round display to achieve a more natural watch-like appearance. Internally, the Huawei Watch will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 Processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. To complement this processing power, the smartwatch will ship with 512 MB of RAM for some light multitasking and 4 GB of internal storage. The smartwatch out of Huawei will also include the latest in Bluetooth technology with 4.1 support. Users will be able to take advantage of sensors including an accelerometer, barometer, and a heart rate monitor. To hopefully get you through your day, Huawei has decided to include a 300 mAh battery inside.
