This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a wireless carrier offer a promotional deal in which they’ll either pay off your past contract and even offer an incentive in checking out their different plans. U.S. Cellular is currently running a promotion that will likely beat your currently monthly payment plan for Verizon and AT&T while also giving consumers a way out of paying their current contract. However, like any other promotional, there are a few requirements that will have to be met for qualified consumers. For starters, this promotion is only steered towards established and current Verizon and AT&T contracts.
Potential customers must port their number from Verizon or AT&T and pick one of the offered plans through U.S. Cellular’s Shared Connect plan category. Just to clear up any confusion, this new U.S. Cellular promotional is only aimed at beating the price in which consumers pay monthly, not the additional extra fees such as installments. If they find that they can beat your current monthly bill then they’ll even pay off the early termination fee along with your remaining device balance.
