LG V10 users on Verizon’s network are in for some good news. The carrier has just announced that they are releasing the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the device starting today. As announced on a dedicated section on their website, the latest Android OS update for the device will be released as version VS99022A. But despite announcing availability of the update, Verizon did not say how big it will be. Users who have been patiently waiting for the release of the update will have to check back on the website tomorrow for any news on how much space to prepare for the update.
Once the LG V10 gets updated to the latest Android OS, users can enjoy the new features of the software. This includes the highly favored Doze battery feature that helps users be in more control over their battery life. The update also provides access to Now on Tap, an actual silent mode, and more control on notifications. The update also has a clearer and more upfront control over app permissions.
