If you are based in Europe or another non-U.S. area, then you probably call it football. If you are based in the U.S, then it it far more likely that you are familiar with it as soccer. Whichever way you refer to it, this is an industry which has the ability to generate significant revenue for TV broadcasters across the globe. While some debate whether the English Premier League (EPL) is better than the likes of La Liga or Serie A, one area of football that is enjoyed everywhere and unrivaled in its recognition is the international competitions. While the World Cup and the Euros are the big country-level competitions, at the club level, the international focus switches to the likes of the Champions League and the Europa League.

Speaking of which with May now here, both competitions are coming to a close with both finals games set to be decided later this moth. At the Champions level, the final is scheduled for May 28 and essentially is a repeat of the 2014 league final as it is an all-Madrid final with Real Madrid taking on Atlético Madrid. While at the Europa level, Sevilla are looking for their second consecutive title and Liverpool are looking to return to being a European champion.

Whichever game you are more inclined to watch, it seems this year you will be able to watch them both live on YouTube. At least for those in the UK as BT Sport, the channel which currently owns the rights to broadcast both matches has confirmed that the two games will be shown on YouTube for free. A move which is thought to be a direct result of poor viewing figures for the two competitions so far this year. In fact, the two YouTube feeds are already live on YouTube on the BT Sport channel. Of course, in spite of this being a way to watch the two games live for free, if you are not based in the UK, then it seems unlikely you will be able to watch them though the YouTube feeds as they are country-locked. Although both feeds are listed below if you want to click through and check your country’s availability or just to bookmark for later.
