[UPDATED] Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) Surfaces In Several Color Variants

The Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) has been leaking like crazy lately, and a new image of the device has just surfaced (SM-J730 model number). This new image appeared on Roland Quandt’s Twitter page, and it’s showing off several color variants of the device, following the phone’s spec leak which appeared last week. As you can see, this image goes hand-in-hand with some previous leaks, and chances are this is the final design of the Galaxy J7 (2017) which is expected to launch in the coming weeks.

The Galaxy J7 (2016) was announced back in June last year, and it is quite possible than the 2017 model of the phone will be announced next month. That being said, this device will look somewhat different than its predecessor, and all the other Galaxy-branded devices out there, especially if you take a look at its back. The phone’s antenna lines are incorporated in the device’s design on the top and bottom, and the main camera setup is also quite interesting. An LED flash will be included below the main camera, and the company’s branding is present on both the front and back sides of this device. The front side of the phone looks way more familiar, however, the company’s physical home key is placed below the display, and flanked by overview (multitasking) and back buttons. The power / lock button is placed on the right-hand side of the device, while you can find volume up and volume down keys on the left. This device is made out of metal, and in the provided image you can check out Gold, Black, Pink and Blue variants of the phone. Now, it’s also interesting that this device sports separate SIM card and microSD card slots, which is visible in the image as well, as they’re placed on the left-hand side of the device.

The Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) will sport a 5.5-inch fullHD (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED display, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The device will be fueled by an octa-core SoC clocked at 1.6GHz, and a 3,600mAh battery will also be part of this offering. A 13-megapixel shooter (f/1.7 aperture) will be placed on the back of the device, while an inferior 13-megapixel sensor (f/1.9 aperture) will be placed on the front of the Galaxy J7 (2017). Android Nougat will come pre-installed on this phone with Samsung’s custom UI, and you will also get a category 6 4G LTE here.
