Ulefone has just announced a new smartphone, the Ulefone S9 Pro. Ulefone says that the S9 Pro is aimed at younger generations, and that actually applies to the company’s whole S series of smartphones. In any case, the Ulefone S9 Pro is made out of metal, while all of its physical keys sit on the right. The device’s display does not have rounded corners, and the phone’s bezels are not exactly non-existent, but they’re not thick either.
There are two cameras included on the back of the Ulefone S9 Pro, those two cameras are vertically-aligned, and a dual-LED flash is included in-between them. A fingerprint scanner is also included on the back of this phone, while you will also notice the company’s branding back there, and the device’s loudspeaker. The phone’s dual camera setup protrudes on the back a bit, and speaking of which, we’re looking at 13 and 5-megapixel cameras here. The device features a 5.5-inch HD+ (1440 x 720) display with an 18:9 display aspect ratio, while it also includes 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage (expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card). MediaTek’s MT6739 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz fuels this smartphone, while Android 8.1 Oreo comes pre-installed on the phone, and Ulefone is keeping its iteration of Android close to stock Android, in case you were wondering.
A 3,300mAh battery is also included in this package, while a single 5-megapixel camera (f/2.0 aperture) is available on the phone’s front side. The company claims that its fingerprint scanner can unlock the S9 Pro in 0.1 seconds, while the S9 Pro comes with two nano SIM card slots, though this is a hybrid dual SIM setup, which means you can use the second SIM card slot in order to expand the phone’s internal storage. Bluetooth 4.2 is also included in the package, while the S9 Pro supports 4G LTE connectivity. The device measures 147.8 x 70.5 x 8.8mm, while it weighs 155 grams, and it comes in Blue, Black, and Gold Color variants.
