Lenovo-owned Motorola has for long been rumored to announce a pair of Android One smartphones but they are yet to see the light of day. One of the two devices – Motorola One Power – recently had its alleged press render and detailed specifications leaked in a report by 91mobiles. The photo reiterates what previous leaks have suggested, including a notched display and two rear-facing cameras placed in an arrangement similar to that of the Apple iPhone X. According to the leaked specifications, the mid-range handset will include a 3.5mm headphone jack and will offer basic water resistance using some sort of nano coating. A massive 5,000mAh battery will be a part of the package, justifying its ‘Power’ title, and it should be a major differentiating factor between the two rumored Android One devices from Motorola.

Its display is said to measure 6.18 inches diagonally with an FHD+ resolution of 2,246 x 1,080 pixels, which roughly translates to 18.7:9 aspect ratio. Face unlock is also mentioned in the leaked specifications but the handset isn’t expected to include a dedicated hardware to support the feature. It will utilize the phone’s 12-megapixel front-facing camera that will come paired with an LED flash, while a pair of a 16-megapixel and a 5-megapixel camera will be placed on the back. Motorola is expected to include an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset clocked at 1.8GHz inside the device that will be coupled with either 3GB or 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 32GB or 64GB of expandable internal memory. Despite containing such a large capacity battery, the One Power will arrive with a body that is less than 9mm thick, as detailed in the specs sheet.

Interestingly, a similar set of specifications for another Motorola smartphone had leaked last week which is rumored to be called Moto P30 Note in China. The smartphone maker recently launched the first device under its P series – Moto P30 – in the Asian country and if the recent leaks are to be believed, two new devices – Moto P30 Play and Moto P30 Note – will soon be joining the series, which will remain exclusive to China. Previous leaks have suggested that the company will bring at least two of the aforementioned smartphones to international markets under Motorola One branding as part of the Android One program, but an official announcement has yet to be made.
