Call of Duty Mobile Is Finally Live Globally

Call of Duty Mobile is finally live across the globe. If you weren’t in one of the beta countries and didn’t use a workaround to play early, this means you now have the opportunity to install the game and play it for the first time.

Call of Duty Mobile is a free game, so you won’t have to pay to install it. It’s published by Activision and Tencent Games and developed by TiMi Studios.

Call of Duty Mobile is live but Zombies Mode is still unavailable

Call of Duty Mobile is officially available worldwide now, which means there will be a whole lot more players to contend with.

Not all of the game’s content is available yet though. Zombies Mode is still marked as “coming soon.” This means you’ll need to stick to either Multiplayer or Battle Royale modes for now.

There’s also no word on when Zombies mode will lunch. So, if you’re waiting on it you’ll just need to keep an eye out.

Think carefully about linking your Facebook account

Link your Facebook account if you had the opportunity to play in the beta. However, be sure to link it to the correct account. If you’re loading the game onto a new device that is different from the one you played in the beta, you may run into issues.

Specifically you may have trouble getting your old account progress to pop up. What you will likely encounter is the forced creation of a new account. And, you do not want to link your Facebook account to this one.

The way around this, is to log into the game on your older device, and link Facebook to it. Then, load up the game on the new phone and login with Facebook, and not guest. This should open up the game to your old account with existing progress.

There also doesn’t appear to be any way to unlink a Facebook account once it’s been linked to a player account. So that’s something to keep in mind.

You don’t need to link Facebook to play with friends

If you’re worried about being able to play with friends if you forego linking Facebook, don’t be. All you need is the friend code of the friend you want to connect with and send a request to them. Once you’re connected you can party up and play together.

This works even if you create a guest account.
