The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra will utilize stainless steel, it seems. This information comes from Max Weinbach, a well-known tipster who already shared plenty of S20-related information.

He shared this information via Twitter, by writing the following: “Galaxy S20 Ultra. Stainless Steel”. Having said that, not the whole Galaxy S20 Ultra will be made out of stainless, steel of course.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the only S20-branded phone to use stainless steel

The phone’s frame will utilize stainless steel instead of aluminum, while its back will be made out of glass. It seems like the Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the only S20-branded device to utilize stainless steel.

The other two S20 handsets, the S20 and S20+, will stick with aluminum, just like their predecessors. The Galaxy S20 Ultra will be the most powerful S20-branded phone, of course. It will also be the largest.

The device is rumored to include a 6.9-inch QHD+ 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED display. That panel will be curved, but not as curved as on some previous Samsung flagships. The S20 Ultra will also include the most cameras on the back.

It will be the only S20 handset to sport a periscope camera on the back. That camera will enable the device to provide you with great zoom ability, up to 100x is rumored.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra will include a display camera hole, which will be centered. The same will be the case with the other two S20-branded phones as well. The ‘Ultra’ model is rumored to sport a 40-megapixel front-facing camera, trumping its siblings.

The Snapdragon 865 will fuel the Galaxy S20 Ultra in most markets, if not all of them. The Exynos 990 will fuel the S20 series in India, but the vast majority of other regions will include the Snapdragon 865. We’re still not sure if the ‘Ultra’ model is coming to India at all, but it should. If it launches there, it will probably include the Exynos 990.

Android 10 will come pre-installed on all S20 series smartphones

Android 10 will come pre-installed on all three Galaxy S20 smartphones, along with Samsung’s One UI 2.1. All three phones are coming in February, prior to MWC 2020.

Samsung had already scheduled a press conference for the S20 announcement. That event will take place on February 11 in San Francisco, and in addition to the S20 series, another phone is expected.

The Galaxy Z Flip is expected to arrive as well. This will be Samsung’s second foldable smartphone, and its first clamshell foldable. The device will unfold vertically, unlike the Galaxy Fold.

The Galaxy Z Flip will resemble the Galaxy S20 series from the front, to a degree. It will also sport a centered display camera hole, and really thin bezels.
