As many of you know, Sony had announced its new flagship two days ago. The name of that phone is the Sony Xperia 1 II, and the company uploaded five promo videos for the device thus far.

We’ve embedded all those videos down below, for your convenience. Each of these videos focuses on different aspects of the Xperia 1 II, including performance, cameras, display, and so on.
The very first video that got posted puts focus on audio. The Xperia 1 II comes with ‘360 reality audio’. The phone includes two front-facing speakers, and on top of that, Sony included some decent hardware on the inside for listening via headphones.
Sony claims that the audio is “immersive and real”, while a 3.5mm headphone jack is also a part of the package. That is a rarity when it comes to flagships these days.
The second video focuses on ‘speed’. In this video, the company mentions the phone’s cameras, which are extremely fast to capture images. 5G is also mentioned, as are several camera features.
Sony also puts some focus on cinematography here, and also the phone’s display. That display emulates 90Hz refresh rate. Audio is also mentioned here, and several other aspects of the device.
The company also shared a video that focuses entirely on the phone’s cameras. The company’s Alpha team for cameras actually worked on this phone, and the phone includes ZEISS’ optics.
We did not get a chance to test out the device just yet, but Sony has huge promises for the cameras on this thing. In this video, you can see some of the camera features you can take advantage of. It is also worth noting that the phone includes a physical shutter key.
The device has a gorgeous 4K OLED display
A separate display-focused video has also been published. The Xperia 1 II comes with a 6.5-inch 4K OLED display, which emulates 90Hz refresh rate, thanks to Sony’s tech.
This is an HDR display, and it offers 21:9 display aspect ratio. This display is protected by a sheet of Gorilla Glass 6, by the way.
The last video that Sony shared is also camera-focused. It’s aimed at cinematographers. This video is aiming to show you some cinematography-related things you can do with the phone’s cameras.
