If you’re on the Sprint network, then you’ll get your chance to pick up the Galaxy S20 in the near future.
The carrier officially confirmed this afternoon that it would be selling all three Galaxy S20 series phones. It won’t stop there though as it’ll be offering the Galaxy Z Flip too. Samsung’s second foldable smartphone.
Interestingly, the Galaxy Z Flip will be available before the Galaxy S20 series phones. Not only that but Sprint already has the phone up for pre-order. That pre-order time frame won’t last long though, because the phone will be available on Sprint on February 14, which is this Friday.
The Galaxy S20 series will hit Sprint on March 6
If you’re eager to get your hands on the Galaxy Z Flip you can do so from Sprint this Friday. But, if what you’ve been waiting for is the latest and greatest in the Galaxy S family, you’ll have to wait a little longer.
Sprint will have the Galaxy S20 series of phones on sale on March 6. It hasn’t yet announced anything about the pre-order timing for these devices though.
If Sprint is your carrier, you will end up getting notifications on when you can place a pre-order. So you may want to keep an eye on your emails for just such an occasion.
Sprint will have all three phones
Sprint will also be selling all three versions of the phone. Unlike Verizon who won’t be selling the Galaxy S20 yet because it doesn’t work on Verizon’s 5G network.
With Sprint though, you can choose between the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, or Galaxy S20 Ultra. On Verizon the Galaxy S20 won’t be available until sometime in the second quarter of the year.
That could give Sprint a tiny bit of an advantage for anyone wanting the Galaxy S20 over the two more expensive models.
Sprint will also likely have promotions in place for people to save money if they decide to buy or upgrade. Consumers can also expect the carrier to sell the new Galaxy Buds+ as they will be a perfect accessory to the new phones.
Aside from having top-tier specs and new and improved cameras, the Galaxy S20 series is great for gamers. Each of the phones come with 12GB of RAM and offer enhanced gaming features. Like a 120Hz refresh rate display, among other things.
