Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G finally appears in a video uploaded on the official Samsung YouTube channel. This new 5G variant of the Galaxy Z Flip now packs the Snapdragon 865+ chipset to brings 5G capability.
Notably, the Galaxy Z Flip was launched earlier this year, which went straight against the Motorola Razr. The Galaxy Z Flip was appreciated by the audience because of much better specs.
Now in the official video introduction, Samsung now confirms the arrival of Galaxy Z Flip 5G to the market. The 30-seconds television commercial of the device shows the device in two new colors, i.e. the Mystic Bronze and Grey.
Well, the new Galaxy Z Flip 5G packs all the same specs and there is nothing new to it except the Snapdragon 865+ 5G chipset.
Galaxy Z Flip 5G does not bring any changes to the hardware except the SD 865+
The commercial shows that Samsung has decided to go with its previous design, which we saw with the Galaxy Z Flip 4G. Meaning that there is no new aesthetic change with Galaxy Z Flip 5G.
The device has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 1080 x 2636 display. The external screen is also the same with a 1.1-inch size.
Much has been talked about the usability of this mini-screen. Users have a complaint that the smaller screen is not convenient for reading the incoming notifications.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G comes with 8 GB of RAM, which is coupled with 256 GB of onboard storage. The camera department is also the same.
It houses a dual 12 MP rear camera setup with a 10 MP selfie shooter at the front. The battery capacity also remains the same at 3300mAh. This is debatable as the new SD 865+ 5G chipset requires more juice to perform. Here Samsung could have bumped those battery numbers.

The fold on the device also adapts to some of the apps, for instance, the viewfinder of the camera app will be displayed on the upper half of the fold, while the controls will be located on the bottom half.
