Samsung is all set to take the wraps off its next-gen flagship lineup – the Galaxy S21 – on January 14, 2021. Although the launch is still nearly three weeks away, the company has now opened pre-order reservations for the upcoming devices in the US. You can sign up to get a notification when the Galaxy S21 series becomes available for pre-order in the country.
Interested US residents can sign up and reserve their Galaxy S21 pre-order through the Samsung Shop app. A banner on the app teasing the “next Galaxy” now contains a “Reserve Now” button which takes you to a pre-order registration page. Here, you’ll see all the terms and conditions of the offer, which you’ll have to accept. You can then fill in the required details to get notified when pre-orders for the Galaxy S21 devices go live.
Samsung is also offering some additional benefits to customers who reserve their Galaxy S21 pre-order now. You can get up to $60 in instant credits towards accessories for your next Galaxy, including add-ons like watches and earbuds. The includes an extra $10 credit for those who pre-order a Galaxy S21 phone through the Samsung Shop app.
Other pre-order offers include a discount of up to $700 when you trade-in your existing smartphone. The trade-in value depends on the model and the condition of the phone, of course. You can also save an extra five percent with Samsung Discounts.

The Galaxy S21 series comprises of three models: galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. We already know a lot about these devices thanks to tons of leaks and certification listings over the past couple of months. The devices are expected to feature a new design language for the camera housing.
The rumored specs include the Snapdragon 888 or the Exynos 2100 processor depending on the market, up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, Android 11-based One UI 3.1, IP68 certification, in-display fingerprint reader, and 120Hz Full HD+ AMOLED screens (QHD+ display on the Ultra model). The most expensive Galaxy S2 model will also come with S Pen compatibility.
The Galaxy S21 and S21+ feature a triple-camera setup on the back while the Ultra model gets four rear cameras. All three phones should offer 8K 30fps video recording and playback though. The phones should come with 5G as standard and offer features such as Samsung Pay, Wireless DeX, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
A leak last week revealed that the Galaxy S21 price will start at €849 for the base model. The Galaxy S21+ will start at €1,049 while the base model Galaxy S21 Ultra will cost you €1,349. The price goes all the way up to €1,529 for the highest-end Galaxy S21 phone. Just about three weeks of a wait now before things get official.
