Prices for the Galaxy S21 series are as follows. The Galaxy S21 starts at $799, with the Galaxy S21+ at $999 and the Galaxy S21 Ultra at $1299. Those prices are for 128GB of storage. There are some other storage models available as well, including 256GB for all three Galaxy S21 models. And a 512GB model for the Galaxy S21 Ultra – that also jumps the RAM to 16GB.
