The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra S Pen has just appeared ahead of launch. A well-known tipster, Max Jambor, suggested that it will look quite familiar recently, and it just surfaced. Mr. Jambor tweeted out that the Galaxy S21 Ultra S Pen will resemble the one of the Tab S7, and WinFuture pretty much confirmed it as it released the S Pen design.
One thing to note, though, is that the Galaxy S21 Ultra won’t ship with the S Pen. The S Pen will be offered as a separate purchase. That being said, we can get into it.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra S Pen will look familiar, and launch alongside the device, but sold separately
The Galaxy S21 Ultra will, however, support the S Pen. It will become the very first S series smartphones to offer S Pen support, actually. Samsung will also sell some cases which will offer a place to holster the S Pen. One of those cases is pictured in the gallery below.
As you can see, the S Pen itself will include a physical button on it. Other than that, it’ll be exactly what you’d expect. The source says that it will be priced right under €40.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will become official on January 14. Samsung has officially announced its Unpacked event for the S21 series smartphones. In addition to the ‘Ultra’ model, the company will announce the S21 and S21+ as well.
The Galaxy Buds Pro true wireless earphones are also coming
Now, during that event, the Galaxy Buds Pro true wireless earbuds will also become official. Those earbuds have been leaking for quite some time as well, so we know what to expect.
The Galaxy S21 series will bring some changes in the design department compared to the S20 series. A centered display camera hole will still be included, while the biggest difference will be visible on the back.
The Galaxy S21 series camera housing will be an extension of the frame. That will make the S21 series look different than basically any other phone out there, as it’s a different approach to design.
The phones will still ship with a frame made out of metal, and at least two of them will include glass on the back. The Galaxy S21 may ship with a plastic backplate, but we’ll see. If you’d like to know more about the S21 series, check out our preview.
