The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE is all but official, as countless leaks have given us an excellent idea of what to expect. With the device just weeks away, we’re now learning about the pricing for the new Samsung smartphone courtesy of a tipster.
Ishan Agarwal reports via 91Mobiles that the Galaxy S21 FE will start from £699 ($925) in the UK for the 128GB variant. Meanwhile, the 256GB version will reportedly have a price tag of £749 ($990). As we’ve learned from multiple sources already, the Galaxy S21 FE will break cover just prior to CES 2022 on January 4.
There’s barely any secret left about the Galaxy S21 FE. We’ve already learned about the color variants of the new smartphone, in addition to detailed hardware specs. Based on recent reports, the Galaxy S21 FE will be available in colors like Green, Violet, Gray, and White.
As for the device’s hardware credentials, it could launch with Snapdragon 888 and Exynos 2100 chipsets depending on the market. A recent report suggests that the Galaxy S21 FE for Europe could feature the Snapdragon 888 chip underneath.

Additionally, the phone will offer 6 and 8GB of RAM for the 128 and 256GB variants, respectively. The device could be lacking a microSD card slot, so storage expansion is not an option.
The Galaxy S21 FE will also pack a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2340 x 1080 resolution. The screen will be protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus. Users can also find two nano-SIM card slots plus support for eSIM with the handset.
Other features of Samsung’s early 2022 smartphone include a USB Type-C port, an under-display fingerprint scanner, WiFi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, wireless charging, NFC, and Samsung DeX. Like the Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy S20 FE, the phone won’t offer a 3.5mm headphone jack.
A decent 4,500mAh battery will keep the device ticking, although Samsung won’t offer a charging adapter. The Galaxy S21 FE will use a combination of aluminum and polycarbonate in its construction, allowing it to weigh only 170 grams.
If recent reports are accurate, the Galaxy S21 FE will feature the same triple-camera arrangement as the Galaxy S20 FE. The rear panel will comprise a 12-megapixel primary sensor with features like Dual Pixel PDAF and optical image stabilization (OIS). This would be accompanied by a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor and an 8-megapixel telephoto zoom camera. The front panel will have a 32-megapixel punch-hole camera sensor for video calls and selfies.
