Samsung has just announced a few pretty interesting metrics for the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy Tab S8 series pre-orders that are ending tonight. The Galaxy S22 series pre-orders “more than doubled those of the Galaxy S21 series”. Which is really great news for Samsung, considering they were not happy, internally with the sales for the Galaxy S21 series last year.
The company also confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S8 series pre-orders more than doubled pre-orders from the Galaxy Tab S7 series.
Additionally, the Galaxy S22 Ultra was about 60% of the Galaxy S22 series pre-orders. While the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra was around 50% of pre-orders for the Tab S8 series. In fact, the Tab S8 Ultra sold out worldwide.
Galaxy S22 & Tab S8 launch tomorrow with new promotions
Tomorrow, the Galaxy S22 series and Galaxy Tab S8 series officially launch, worldwide. The Galaxy S22 series will start at $799, and Tab S8 series starts at $699. While Samsung had some really good promotions for pre-orders, there are plenty of great ones that will start tomorrow too.
For the Galaxy S22 Ultra, you can get up to $900 in trade-in credit. Or you can trade-in an eligible device with Verizon and get up to $1,000, up to $700 with T-Mobile and up to $800 with AT&T.
For the Galaxy S22 and S22+, Samsung is offering up to $700 in trade-in credit or $780, respectively. Carriers are offering some impressive deals too. Verizon is offering up to $1,000 off with an eligible trade-in (limited to the cost of the phone). $500 from a trade-in via T-Mobile, or $800 with a trade-in at AT&T.
Now, finally, for the Galaxy Tab S8 series, Samsung is offering up to $100 in an e-certificate to Samsung.com when you order a new tablet. That’s $50 for the Tab S8, $75 for the Tab S8+ and $100 for the Tab S8 Ultra.
You’ll be able to pick up your Galaxy S22 or Tab S8 in-store tomorrow, however most of the better deals are available online.
