According to the changelog, the March 2022 Play System Update will bring several critical bug fixes for device connectivity. These bug fixes would also touch upon developer services and utilities-related services.
The new update would also bring an update to the Play Games Services profile. This will make it easier for users to manage their privacy settings.
Well, that’s not all. There are a ton of other changes that the March 2022 Play System Update will bring. The update would bring improvements to the hyped Play-as-you-download feature.

This new March 2022 Google Play System Update will start rolling out for Android phones, tablets, Android TV and Google TV devices, Wear OS, and Android Auto devices very soon.
Specifically, the updated Play Games Services profile, improvements to NFC/HCE devices, and critical bug fixes will arrive with the Google Play services update version 22.09. While the Google Play Store improvements will go live with the Google Play Store update v29.5 starting March 3.
