It seems like Xiaomi plans to launch a bunch of new devices next week, globally. A tipster, Abhishek Yadav, shared the info via Twitter. He claims that four new Xiaomi devices are coming, including the Xiaomi 12T, 12T Pro, Redmi Pad, and Redmi Buds 4 Pro.
Xiaomi is expected to announce four devices globally next week
Out of these four devices, only the Redmi Buds 4 Pro already got announced in China. The other products may resemble some devices that are already on the market, but with some changes.
The Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro have been a part of the rumor train for quite some time now. Those two phones will be quite powerful, especially the ‘Pro’ model. It will be fueled by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The vanilla variant will include the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC.
You can expect to get up to 12GB of RAM inside the ‘Pro’ variant, and 8GB of RAM inside the vanilla model. Both phones are expected to offer a large display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The ‘Pro’ variant could include a 6.67-inch display, while the vanilla model is said to include a 6.7-inch display. The former will offer higher resolution, of course.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro could include a 200-megapixel main camera
That being said, you can also expect some differences in the camera department as well. The Xiaomi 12T Pro will feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HP1 sensor, which will be backed by an 8-megapixel ultrawide unit, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The Xiaomi 12T, on the flip side, will include a 108-megapixel main camera. The other two cameras may even be the same as on the ‘Pro’ variant, we’ll see.
The Redmi Pad is expected to be a mid-range tablet. It will allegedly include an 11-inch QHD display, and ship with the MediaTek MT8781 processor. A 7,800mAh battery was also mentioned, as was 22.5W charging.
The Redmi Buds Pro are not exactly a mystery, as they already launched. They include a 10mm dynamic driver, and offer 35dB of noise cancellation. They can produce HiFi sound quality, and it’s equipped with Bluetooth 5.2.
