Samsung has released the Android 13 update for a few more Galaxy smartphones. The Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, and Galaxy A71 are all receiving the new Android version along with the company’s One UI 5.0 custom software. The big Android update has already rolled out to dozens of other Galaxy models, including the Galaxy S20 FE.

The Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for the Galaxy S21 FE is rolling out to users in a bunch of European countries, including Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the UK, and the Netherlands. The update is live for units with model numbers SM-G990B and SM-G990B2 in the region. The new firmware version for both model numbers ends with DKV3 (via). A global rollout of Android 13 for the Galaxy S21 FE, including in the US, should be right around the corner.

The big Android update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite is also initially rolling out in Europe. This release isn’t as wide, but it should just be a matter of time before Samsung covers all eligible units globally. The device is picking up One UI 5.0 with firmware version N770FXXU8HVK5. The update for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite also brings the November security patch, which fixes more than 60 vulnerabilities. The Galaxy S21 FE is only getting the October patch with its Android 13 update.

Samsung’s Android 13 rollout for the Galaxy A71 has also begun in Europe. Once again, the rollout is limited to only one country in the region, but the company should soon expand the coverage to other markets around the world. The updated firmware version for this three-year-old premium mid-range smartphone is A715FXXU8DVK1. It is also only getting the October SMR (Security Maintenance Release) along with the new Android version.

Samsung releases the Android 13 update for more Galaxy smartphones

If you’re using any of the Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, or Galaxy A71, the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update will reach you soon. Perhaps it may already have. You can check for updates on your Galaxy smartphone by navigating to the Software update menu in the Settings app and tapping on Download and install. If an update is available, you will be prompted to download it. But if you don’t see any pending updates, check again a few days later. You may also get a notification for the OTA (over the air) rollout. Since it’s a major Android OS update, we recommend you download it over a stable Wi-Fi network.
