Samsung keeps on pushing Android 13 to more of its Galaxy devices. It recently released the update for the Galaxy Tab S7 series and the Galaxy F62. The Wi-Fi versions of the Galaxy Tab S8 series tablets are also picking up the new Android version, complete with the company’s One UI 5.0 custom software.

The Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7+ tablets is currently rolling out in Europe. The big Android update is live for both Wi-Fi and cellular (4G/5G) versions in the region. Users in most European countries have already received the new Android version. Depending on the model and connectivity option, the size of the OTA (over the air) package may vary. But all Galaxy Tab S7 units are receiving this update with a firmware version ending with DVK3 (via).

Note that the Galaxy Tab S7 FE hasn’t started picking up Android 13 yet. But for the two original Galaxy Tab S7 models, the update should soon go global. And speaking of a global rollout, the Galaxy Tab S8 series is now receiving the new Android version more widely too. The rollout for the latest Samsung tablets began last week, but it initially only covered the 5G versions. The Korean firm recently released the update for the Wi-Fi versions as well. The new firmware version for the tablets ends with BVK4.

The Galaxy F62 is another Samsung device making the jump to Android 13 in recent days. This phone didn’t launch globally, so not many of you might have heard about it. But those using the phone can now look forward to getting the new Android version soon. The mid-range handset is picking up this update with firmware version E625FDDU2CVK2.

All of these Galaxy devices are also getting the November security patch

Along with Android 13-based One UI 5.0, the latest updates for the aforementioned Galaxy devices also brings the November security patch. Samsung has already revealed that the new SMR (Security Maintenance Release) patches more than 60 vulnerabilities. One UI 5.0, meanwhile, contains a plethora of new features and improvements. The Korean firm has made several visual enhancements to its UI. It has also added new customization options. The accessibility, privacy, and security of Galaxy devices have been improved as well.

Samsung still has dozens of Galaxy devices to update to Android 13. The company expects to complete the rollout for all eligible Galaxy smartphones and tablets before the end of this year. We will keep you posted as it releases the new Android version to new devices almost every day.
