It seems like all iPhone 15 models will feature ‘Dynamic Island’. This is, at least, according to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. At the moment, Dynamic Island is available on the ‘Pro’ series iPhones only. Ross Young, a display analyst, also previously claimed that the entire iPhone 15 lineup will offer the Dynamic Island.
Dynamic Island may be featured on all iPhone 15 models
Apple debuted Dynamic Island with the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, and those are the only phones that feature it at the moment. That is what Apple calls the pill-shaped cutout on its phones, along with some software features tied to it.
That’s not all that Mark Gurman reported, however. He added that the iPhone 15 series will feature the same four screen sizes as the iPhone 14 series. That basically means that two phones will include 6.1-inch displays, and two 6.7-inch ones.

Furthermore, Apple may change the name of the Pro Max model this year. Gurman previously suggested that the iPhone 15 Pro Max may be called the iPhone 15 Ultra. Apple seemingly plans to utilize the Apple Watch Ultra name in its phones too. That is arguably a better choice than the ‘Pro Max’ branding.
Now, the Dynamic Island has been a hot topic when it launched, and it kind of still is. Some people think it’s a great idea, and useful. Others simply see it as a gimmick.
Dynamic Island is, as already mentioned, a pill-shaped area at the top of the display. It replaces the notch Apple used in the past, and it still uses on regular line models. That cutout is aided by software, and thus morphs into Live Activities, system alerts, and various other info.
The iPhone 15 Pro models may feature a titanium frame
In its article, Gurman also said that all iPhone 15 Pro models will feature a titanium frame, with haptic buttons. It is also expected that all phones in the series feature a Type-C port at the bottom, to replace the Lightning port. This change was long in the making, and mainly implemented due to the EU’s new directive.
