OPPO launched the Find N2 and Find N2 Flip foldables in China last month. The company promised that the OPPO Find N2 Flip will be coming to global markets, and the phone just came one step closer to that goal.

The OPPO Find N2 Flip comes one step closer to global launch

The OPPO Find N2 Flip got certified over at NBTC and GCF. The listing at NBTC confirms both the moniker and the model number of the device. It got listed with a model number ‘CPH2437’, and the Find N2 Flip name is also confirmed.

Do note that the OPPO Find N2 won’t be coming to global markets, at least that’s not in OPPO’s plans at the moment. We’ve already reviewed that phone, though, the Chinse model, and it’s actually really great. It would be a shame for it not to launch globally.

That being said, let’s focus more on the Find N2 Flip. OPPO still didn’t confirm the launch date for the phone. It is, however, expected to arrive in the first quarter of this year, so we’ll likely see it in February or March. A January launch is not as likely.

We also know what to expect in the spec department, as this phone has already launched in China. OPPO will likely stick to the same specs, other than the fact the phone will come with global software, and it may offer different RAM + storage flavors.

The device features a large main display, along with a nice cover panel too

The phone features a 6.8-inch fullHD+ (2520 x 1080) Foldable AMOLED display. That panel gets quite bright at 1,600 nits of peak brightness, and does offer HDR10+ support. The cover display measures 3.26 inches, and it’s also an OLED panel.

The MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ fuels this phone, while Android 13 comes pre-installed. OPPO’s ColorOS 13 is included on top of Google’s software. The phone does have stereo speakers too.

A 4,300mAh battery is included here, while 44W wired charging is supported. Reverse wired charging is also on offer. The device comes with up to 16GB of RAM in China, and up to 512GB of storage.

A 50-megapixel main camera is backed by an 8-megapixel ultrawide unit. A single 32-megapixel camera sits on the front side (main display), but you can always use the main camera for selfies, in collaboration with the cover display, of course.
