It seems like the Vivo X Flip will look considerably different than the OPPO Find N2 Flip. Well, at least if the latest leak is to be believed, as the Vivo X Flip mockups have surfaced.

The Vivo X Flip will look quite a bit different than the OPPO Find N2 Flip

If you take a look at the image below this paragraph, you’ll see the Vivo X Flip from both its front and back sides. The front side does not show a centered display camera hole, but it’ll almost certainly be there, so keep that in mind. The phone’s main display will have a fullHD+ resolution.

From the front, the phone doesn’t look much different compared to the OPPO Find N2 Flip. The back side, however, shows a completely different picture. For starters, unlike the Find N2 Flip, Vivo’s clamshell foldable will have a horizontal cover display.

That cover display will be 682 pixels wide, and above it, you’ll notice a camera island. Two cameras will be placed on the back, while ZEISS’ optics will be included in the mix. That display on the back surely won’t be small.

Both the power/lock button and volume rocker buttons are placed on the right-hand side. The power/lock button will double as a fingerprint scanner, in case you were wondering, that’s why it doesn’t protrude as much as the volume up and down buttons.

This phone should launch in the near future, but we still don’t know when exactly

The Vivo X Flip is expected to launch in the near future, but we’re still not sure when. It will be interesting to see what cameras will Vivo use here, as this camera island seems to be quite small.

Not much spec info is available at this point, but we can always guess. You can expect a large 6.7-6.8-inch main foldable display on this phone. That panel will almost certainly offer a 120Hz refresh rate.

The cover display will be around 3 inches large, based on this mockup, at the very least. That will also be an OLED panel, by the way. The phone may be fueled by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.

Fast wired charging will be included, but wireless charging likely won’t be. Android 13 is expected to come pre-installed, along with Vivo’s custom UI.
