Streaming services are continuing to assert their dominance over the entertainment industry, and several companies are trying to streamline the whole experience. Verizon’s attempt at doing this is called +play, and the company has just added STARZ to the service, according to The Streamable.
There are a ton of streaming services there. We have older pioneering services like Netflix and Hulu, and there are newer services like Paramount+. In order to watch all of your favorite content, you’re required to set up multiple accounts, and it can be a pain in the neck to manage all of them.
This is why +play could be a useful tool if you watch a bunch of streaming services. You can download and sign up for a lot of the most popular streaming platforms. These include Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, etc. You’re able to manage all of these services in one place. This eliminates the need to go to each individual app to cancel or upgrade.
Not only that, but you’ll only need to pay one bill every month. That’s probably the best feature of this service. Instead of being hit with different bills at different times a month, you’ll just pay one lump sum.
The service is currently in the beta testing phase, so it’s not available to everyone just yet. However, when it launches, it should be a popular service.
STARZ if joining Verizon +play
If you’re a STARZ fan, then you’d be happy to know that it’s coming to Verizon +play. This is one of the more prominent streaming services out there, and it’s home to some popular shows. At the moment, it offers shows like Outlanders, The White Queen, Power, Black Mafia Family, P-Valley, Gaslit, High Town, and more.
As for movies, you can watch the Venom series, Jumanji, the MCU Spider-Man movies, Queen of Glory, and many more. You should look into getting onto this platform if you’re a Verizon customer. There’s even word that it will be made available for non-Verizon customers.
