YouTube TV adds more channels we didn't ask for

YouTube TV has announced that it has added three more channels from E.W. Scripps, which includes Ion, Bounce TV and Scripps News. These channels are only on one other competitor right now, that being fuboTV, which starts at $75 per month. So this is the cheapest way to get these channels, if you really wanted them.

With the addition of Ion, you’ll be getting the Scripps National Spelling Bee. As well as a pretty deep library of shows like Law & Order: SVU, Chicago Fire, NCIS and Hawaii Five-O. Bounce TV was founded in 2011, as the first 24/7 digital multicast broadcast network that targets African Americans. With shows like The Game, A Different World, The Wendy Williams Show and Couples Court. And then of course, Scripps News is a news channel, because we don’t have enough of those already.

More channels without raising the price

Typically when YouTube TV adds more channels, many subscribers are worried about the company raising the price. Well, that’s not happening this time around. They are not raising prices, at least not yet. Though, it would not be a surprise to see that happen. Considering DIRECTV Stream, FuboTV and Hulu + Live TV have all raised prices pretty recently. So it’s almost time for another YouTube TV price increase.

YouTube TV currently costs $64.99 per month, for nearly 90 channels. It also offers a slew of different add-ons that you can add to your subscription. Like HBO MAX, AMC+, Sports Plus and so much more. This is a great thing, as YouTube TV used to force all new channels on us. But now they are optional with these add-ons.

You can sign up for YouTube TV by clicking here. With this link, you’ll get $15 off of your first month. So that’s a pretty good reason to check out the service. YouTube TV is arguably the best streaming Live TV service out there.
