The OnePlus 11R was also launched during OnePlus’ Cloud 11 press event. That phone was basically overshadowed by the OnePlus 11, and even the OnePlus Pad during the event. Still, it’s a powerful phone worth noting.
Before we get into specs, though, it’s worth noting this phone has one major drawback… availability. Considering it’s an R series device, chances are it will remain exclusive to India. There’s always a chance OnePlus will push it elsewhere, but the chances are low.

That being said, the OnePlus 11R does look like the OnePlus 11. The major differentiating factor is the lack of Hasselblad branding on the camera island on the back, and slightly different sensor sizes.
This phone is made out of metal and glass, while it has a curved display, with thin bezels. A centered display camera hole is also here. There are three cameras on the back.
It features a 6.74-inch 2772 x 1240 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Its refresh rate is adaptive (40Hz-120Hz), while it gets up to 1,450 nits of peak brightness. It also supports 1,440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC is included, with up to 12GB of RAM
The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 fuels this phone, while the device offers 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The 8GB RAM model uses LPDDR5 RAM, while the 12GB RAM model uses LPDDR5X RAM. The two models include 128GB and 256GB of storage, respectively. It’s UFS 3.1 flash storage in both cases.
Android 13 comes pre-installed on the phone, along with ColorOS 13. A 5,000mAh battery is also included, and the phone supports 100W SuperVOOC charging. A charger is included in the box.
There are two SIM card slots here (2x nano SIM), while the phone does include stereo speakers, and comes with Dolby Atmos support. An optical in-display fingerprint scanner is also a part of the package.
You’ll find three cameras on the back, but without Hasselblad branding
A 50-megapixel main camera (Sony’s IMX890 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, OIS) sits on the back. An 8-megapixel ultrawide camera (120-degree FoV, OmniVision OV08D10 sensor, f/2.2 aperture) is also included on the back. The third camera on the back of the phone is a 2-megapixel (OmniVision OV02B10 sensor, f/2.4 aperture) camera.
A single 16-megapixel unit sits on the front. The phone supports Bluetooth 5.2, WI-Fi 6, and 5G connectivity. The OnePlus 11R comes in Galactic Silver and Sonic Black color options. Its pricing starts at INR39,999 ($484). It will be available to pre-order in India later this month, and go on sale starting on February 28.
