A well-known Indian actress has just confirmed the OnePlus Open design. The OnePlus Open, as many of you know, is the company’s upcoming foldable smartphone. That will actually become OnePlus’ very first foldable handset.

Truth be said, it seems like she did it on purpose. If you check out the video clip shown below, she’s holding it in her hands, while being in a car, and she’s aware people are taking pictures/videos of her. You can take a look at more video clips here.

Now, you may recall that @OnLeaks corrected his CAD-based design of the OnePlus Open not long ago. Well, it seems like the phone will move away from the OPPO Find N2 aspect ratio.
What do we mean by that? Well, it seems like it will be more vertical than horizontal when unfolded. The actress only shows it in a folded form, but it seems to be tall and narrow, as do most other book-style foldables out there.
The OPPO Find N3 will feature that same design
The OPPO Find N3 will be identical to this phone, based on a ton of reports. So, it seems like OPPO is changing its ways, and OnePlus went with it. These two companies are sister companies, and this turn of events is not all that surprising.
In any case, you’ll notice a huge camera oreo on the back of the phone. This phone is tipped to have a very capable camera setup on the back, with Hasselblad backing. The phone also doesn’t seem to be thick at all, but we’ll have to wait and see.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC will fuel this phone, while it will include a 7.8-inch main display. The second display will measure 6.3 inches, and both will offer a 120Hz refresh rate. Fast wired charging is expected, and a good battery capacity too. The phone is expected to arrive on October 19.
