Samsung’s Galaxy Fit 3 might not elude the market for much longer. The unannounced fitness tracker has already started hitting retail stores. The company also recently published a product page for the upcoming device on its official website, deleting it later. The briefly-online listing detailed the specs and features of the new Fit. Now, the user manual for the Galaxy Fit 3 has popped up online, hinting at a nearing launch.

Leaked Galaxy Fit 3 user manual confirms its features

The accidental leak from Samsung last week revealed pretty much everything about the Galaxy Fit 3. From dimensions, display size, and battery life to health features and other specs, the company bared it all. The leaked user manual now reconfirms some of these details while guiding users about various functions and how to use them. First spotted by SamMobile, you can download the user manual here.

Leaks and rumors suggest Samsung will price the Galaxy Fit 3 at around $100. It appears to be a comprehensive health companion with some smartwatch functionalities at an affordable price. The device looks like a smartwatch rather than a fitness band. It sports a 1.6-inch rectangular AMOLED display, high enough to read and reply to messages and control music playback on the connected smartphone.

Speaking of connectivity, the Galaxy Fit 3 boasts Bluetooth v5.3. Sadly, there is no GPS, NFC, or Wi-Fi here. The device also lacks a built-in speaker, so you cannot make calls on it, though you will get vibration alerts for incoming calls. The tracker runs a custom OS (FreeRTOS), so you won’t be able to download apps to it. However, Samsung will ship it with over 100 preloaded watch faces and the ability to track 100 different exercises and activities.

The Galaxy Fit 3 can measure and monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen level, sleep patterns, and more. It also boasts fall detection. The device will sync all recorded data with the Samsung Health app on your connected smartphone. Thanks to 5ATM and IP68 ratings, it is durable enough to survive a few dips in water. The tracker packs a 208mAh battery rated to last up to 13 days on a single charge.

Samsung will release the new Fit in three colors

Leaked renders, including those on Samsung’s deleted official listing, have shown the Galaxy Fit 3 in three colors: Pink Gold, Gray, and Silver. Recent developments suggest the device will break cover soon. The Korean firm may quietly release it in some markets without any fanfare, gradually bringing it to other regions. We will let you know when we have more information.
