The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is tipped to have a less visible display crease than its predecessor

He went to X to say that the crease is not “completely eliminated”, but that it has been reduced. This information is based on the details he got from “testers”, Ice Universe says.

So, even though the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to have a less noticeable crease, it won’t exactly be what some people are expecting. Some other foldables out there, like the OnePlus Open, will still have a less noticeable crease.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to arrive in July. The launch date has still not been confirmed, but July 10 is tipped. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 will also arrive, and so will the Galaxy Ring, Samsung’s first smart ring.

The phone did appear in CAD-based renders a while back

The Galaxy Z Fold 6 did surface already. It appeared in CAD-based renders, and based on those images, its design won’t be much different compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 5.

One notable change will be the display aspect ratio. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to have a wider display than the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The phone is expected to be a bit shorter and wider because of that.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC will fuel the phone, Qualcomm’s most powerful chip. In regards to cameras, we’re not expecting major changes. In fact, the phone could even retain the same camera hardware as its predecessor.

The price tag is also expected to be rather similar to the predecessor, if not identical. It remains to be seen. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 won’t be all that much different from its predecessor, though, at least based on all the information that surfaced thus far.
