However, you can now pick it up for just $143, and that’s a pretty darn good deal if you ask us.
The Sonos Roam was one of our favorite Bluetooth speakers in recent years because it carries the same quality that Sonos puts in its home theater equipment. Though not as punchy or immersive as those setups, it still puts out some excellent sound for a speaker you could toss in your backpack. Now one thing worth noting is that the speaker on sale for $143 is the black color and not the white color you see pictured above. However, that one is still on sale for $159. You still save money, but the price is better on the black color. So if you’re looking to save as much as you can, that’s how you do it.
As a Bluetooth speaker, the Sonos Roam runs on a rechargeable battery. The good news is that the battery life is pretty good. You get up to 10 hours on a single charge. That’s more than enough for a day’s worth of use. If you’re going on a day hike, camping, or just hitting the park pack this up. You’ll be set for most of the day.
It has a lot of other cool features too. For example, it’s drop-resistant. It’s also IP67-rated which means it’s water and dust-resistant too. Additionally, you can connect it Wi-Fi for wireless audio instead of Bluetooth. It even supports Apple AirPlay 2.
