The Google Pixel 7a is about a year old at this point, but it is still a phenomenal smartphone, especially at its regular price. However, for Amazon Prime Day, Google has dropped the price down to $249. That’s saving you 50% off of the regular price. Unfortunately, this one will not get seven years of updates, which is reserved for the Pixel 8 series and newer.

Google’s Pixel 7a launched last summer, and it’s a really good option for those who are looking for a phone that won’t cost them an arm and a leg. This phone retails for $499 and offers a 6.1-inch FHD+ 90Hz display powered by the Tensor G2 processor, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. That’s not too shabby for $500, never mind, just $250.

With the Pixel 7a, Google also made some pretty massive upgrades to the camera setup. So it has a 64-megapixel primary sensor now, along with a 13-megapixel ultrawide camera. While that is a higher megapixel count than the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro, it’s not a better camera. That’s because the Pixel 7a is using a smaller sensor versus the Pixel 8’s larger sensor. But with Google’s impressive computational photography, you still get some really great pictures from this phone.

At $249, you’d be a fool not to grab this phone. So head to Amazon using the link below to grab yours.
