SteelSeries Arctis 7 Gaming Headset

SteelSeries Arctis 7 Gaming Headset

When you buy a SteelSeries headset you know for certain that you’re getting at least a few things. One, you know you’re getting a comfortable headset that can be worn for hours.

Two, you know you’re getting some of the best quality audio for your gaming sessions. Some things you may not know include the fact that it comes with a Discord-certified ClearCast microphone. Which means your friends will be able to hear your voice very easily when in voice chat for games.

The headset also has swivel earcups, a dial for managing voice chat volume and game volume, on-ear controls for power, mute, and other features, and the mic is retractable so you can stow it when not in use.

Best of all, the SteelSeries Arctis 7 is multi-platform. So you can use it with PC which is the main platform it was designed for. But it will also work with PS4, PS5, mobile devices, and Nintendo Switch. This easily makes it one of the best pc accessories for our gift guide and the reason why we chose it. Because it’s a definitely a must-have.

Logitech MX Master 3 Wireless Performance Mouse

  • Price: $99.99
  • Where To Buy: Amazon

You might not be a gamer but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have some excellent PC accessories for your setup.

In this case, a great wireless mouse with an ergonomic design that has long-lasting battery life and versatility. That’s the Logitech MX Master 3. One of if not the best wireless mouse on the market that isn’t catered to gamers.

Some of its claims to fame are the magspeed scroll wheel, which Logitech says allows for up to 90% faster scrolling, and customization options that let you streamline your workflow for a more efficient day at the office. Even now that the office is generally at home for many people.

The magspeed wheel is also a lot quieter than other scroll wheels. If that matters to you. One of the most useful features is that the mouse can be used on any surface. Which isn’t exactly easy for most mice out there. Logitech used what it calls a dark field 4000 dpi sensor which makes it possible to use the mouse on more common surfaces like a mouse pad, or surfaces like wood, metal, and even glass.

Did we mention the battery lasts for up to 70 days on a single charge? Because it does. Which means you’ll only have to charge this thing once every two months.

Razer Pro Type Wireless Mechanical Productivity Keyboard

Razer Pro Type Keyboard

The Razer Pro Type keyboard may come from a company that is rooted in gaming peripherals, but this is actually made specifically for work use and productivity.

We had the chance to review the Pro Type earlier this year and described it as a keyboard that changed our workflow for the better. There are so many great things about the Pro Type that are worth mentioning too.

For starters, Razer designed it in partnership with HumanScale, which is an expert in ergonomic office equipment. The keyboard is of course wireless and can be used as such, but it also comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable so you can plug it into the PC if you need to.

Because it’s mechanical you might think the keys are extremely loud when typing, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Thanks to the Razer Orange Switches it’s exceptionally quiet. Much quieter than most of Razer’s other keyboards really.

It also has three angles of use thanks to two sets of feet on the bottom. Keep them tucked in to have the keyboard lay flat, or prop one of the sets of feet out to have it lay at a more ergonomic angle.

Keys are backlit if you prefer them to have some lighting, but the battery will last longer without them on. Up to 84 hours on a single charge in the Bluetooth mode, or up to 78 hours in the 2.4GHz mode. With backlighting on that changes to just 12 hours. So keep that in mind.

The keys also have a soft-touch coating on them so typing is easier on your fingers during longer working hours.

Razer Gigantus V2 Gaming Mouse Mat

Razer Gigantus V2

Whether you’re a gamer or not, a large mouse mat is a wonderful thing to have, and Razer makes one heck of a large mouse mat. The Razer Gigantus V2 is a gaming mouse mat that comes in Razer’s signature black color, and this one in particular comes with no graphics on it so it works well even in non-gaming setups.

Now this mouse mat does come in multiple sizes, but this in particular is the XXL size which is extended so it covers a large amount of space on your desk. It’s also large enough to fit your keyboard and mouse on with lots of room for movement, so depending on how you play your games and hold the mouse, you’ve got a large range of motion thanks to the extra space.

The top is covered in a micro-textured surface for precise tracking, while the bottom is covered in a non-slip rubber base made of natural foam rubber so it stays put while you game. Plus it’s only $30 which is a decent price for a quality large mouse mat like this one. This one doesn’t have chroma, but Razer does make a chroma version of it that retails for around $60.

Yikda Extended Leather Mouse Mat

Yikda Extended Leather mouse Mat

  • Price: $15.99
  • Where To Buy: Amazon

If you want an extended mouse mat that has more of a professional look to it, then look no further than the extended leather mouse mat from Yikda.

For $16, you get a rather large mouse mat that is made of leather and comes in a multitude of different colors from brown to pink. Now, to be clear this isn’t made of real leather. It’s actually made of a microfiber PU leather which Yikda says provides better performance for your mouse.

In addition to being large and offering lots of space, it’s also waterproof and thin.

Samsung BAR Plus 256GB Flash Drive

Samsung BAR Plus 256GB Flash Drive

A good sizable flash drive is a great PC accessory to have on hand, and really one of the best PC accessories which is why we chose it for this gift guide.

You never know when you might need to transfer files between your laptop and desktop, or just between a home PC and a PC elsewhere. If you’re someone who actually has to get up and go to the office every day, then a flash drive is an invaluable tool.

Sometimes you may need to bring work home with you. Or you may need to bring work that you’ve started at home first to work so it can be moved to your work PC. This is what flash drives are for.

This one in particular from Samsung has 256GB of storage so it has loads and loads of space. It also uses USB 3.1 and it’s backwards compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. It transfers files at a speed of up to 400MB/s, plus it’s shock proof, water proof, magnet proof, temperature proof, and ray proof.

Basically, your files are safe and just about the only thing you could do to damage them is either smash this thing or lose it.

Lamicall Headphone Stand

Lamicall Headphone Stand

  • Price: $12.99
  • Where To Buy: Amazon

A nice headphone stand is one of the better PC accessories to have if you like your headphones on display, and we’ve found an excellent one for our gift guide.

The Lamicall Headphone Stand is not just great looking with its sleek and stylish design, it’s also relatively affordable at just $13.

It comes in two colors, which are black and white, though the white model is $13.99 instead of $12.99. You can use it with both wired and wireless headphones and keep your desk more organized while also simultaneously giving your desk a more unique look.

The headphone stand’s bike saddle design is different from any other headphone stand out there. And that uniqueness is exactly what will draw eyes to it. If that’s what you’re after. Even if it’s not, this will still look great on your desk and ensure you always have a place to put your headphones where they won’t be in your way or taking up desk space.

The stand is made of aluminum and high-quality, so it’s light yet durable, and offers a low center of gravity so it stays put.

Logitech G502 Hero Gaming Mouse

Logitech G502 Hero Gaming Mouse

Looking for a gaming mouse that’s a bit cheaper but still good? You may want to consider the Logitech G502 Hero.

There’s a lot on offer from this mouse, starting with the price. It’s under $50, yet it comes from Logitech which is a trusted brand that makes plenty of excellent quality PC accessories, and there are actually a few other options from them on our gift guide.

The G502 Hero has a 16K DPI sensor so if you like that ultra sensitivity, this mouse can be set all the way up to 16,000. It also comes with 11 customizable buttons. So you can program each button to complete a different function in the games you play.

This is great for anyone who likes to use macros or hotkeys in their games, but doesn’t necessarily want to rely on the keyboard for it. With the customizable keys on the mouse, you can keep the fingers from your left hand on the movement keys and initiate any in-game abilities or actions from the mouse keys. This can make some games a lot easier.

It features RGB lighting too if you like your mouse to have a little bit of flair. And as this isn’t a wireless mouse you don’t to have to worry about battery life.

Logitech C920X Pro HD Webcam

Logitech C920X Pro HD Webcam

  • Price: $97
  • Where To Buy: Amazon

These days when more people are working from home, a webcam is somewhat of a required accessory if you need to be in conference calls.

While you can use things like your smartphone for this, a webcam is infinitely easier. The C920X from Logitech offers 1080p HD video quality so you always come out clear during every video call.

It also features stereo audio with its dual-mic system, plus you can create and share video content with the advanced capture software that it works with.

You may not always need a webcam, but it’s nice to have on standby for when you do. Especially if you’re spending more time at home these days.

Bose Companion 2 Series III Speakers

Bose Companion 2 Series III Speakers

If you have a desktop then you probably need speakers to hook it up to. Even if you use a laptop, most laptops don’t exactly come with the best speakers. Which means the audio may not be that great.

Bose knows audio, and it knows audio well. Which is why we felt the Companion 2 Series III speakers were one of the best PC accessories to put on this gift guide.

Aside from the audio quality, these aren’t too expensive since they’re only $99. Especially when you compare them to the Bose Companion 20 multimedia speakers which are $249. With the Companion 2 Series III, you’ve got an easy-access volume dial on the front with an included headphone jack if you want the audio to be less invasive to others around you.

Bose claims clear sound at any volume with these speakers too. And because of their minimal black design they fit in well with just about any setup.

Razer Nommo Chroma Gaming Speakers

Razer Nommo Chroma Speakers

Gamers need speakers too and there’s lots of options out there, but the Nommo Chroma are the perfect option if you like Razer and/or want a pair that look good, sound good, and have Chroma RGB lighting.

Since these are Chroma they sync up with all of your other Chroma gear that you may have. Which means some cool effects for the games that have Chroma profiles.

The Nommo Chroma also come with full range sound, rear-facing bass ports and a bass knob with automatic gain control. This will control how much bass you want for each activity whether it’s playing games or watching movies.

These also plug in via USB and not audio in/out so make sure you have an open USB port on your desktop or laptop.

Blue Yeti USB Mic

Blue Yeti USB Mic

A mic is an essential tool for your office or home office if you’re a streamer or you work at a job where you’ll need to record any sort of audio.

The Yeti USB mic from Blue is a high-grade option that Blue says can record almost any situation thanks to its integrated 3 condenser capsules. It features easy-access controls right on the front for both mute, and a volume knob.

There’s also a knob on the back for different pickup patterns, with 4 patterns in total. Including cardioid, bidirectional, omnidirectional, and stereo.

There’s a gain control button too, and it works with multiple versions of Windows, as well as MacOS 10.4.11 or higher. You can even set this up with optional accessories like the Broadcast Boom Arm and the Radius III Custom Shockmount if you don’t want the mic sitting on your desk.
