Mandy Moore—the singer-songwriter, actress (most recently seen in the award-winning TV drama This Is Us), and overall household name—is parting with the home in which she got married to her beau Taylor Goldsmith, had two kids, and made seven years’ worth of memories. It’s the end of an era for Moore but could be the start of something new for you!

95 Tustin Road (on the market for only a week, with the listing held by agents Teresa Fuller and Jamie Bridgers) is going for a flat $6 million, even though it has only three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Built in 1950 by Harold Barnard Zook, who was known for his midcentury modern projects, it was later revitalized by architect Emily Farnham, interior designer Sarah Sherman Samuel, and the ELLE DECOR A-List landscape architects Terremoto, among others, with the goal of creating something just so for Moore’s family to “make [their] dream home a reality” (as she put it in a recent bittersweet Instagram post).

The home isn’t exactly flashy, but there are so many stunning details to note. Take the family room’s terrazzo floors, for instance, which play off the unusual bench hearth—as well as the double-waterfall marbled kitchen island; the breakfast room’s oversize windows, opening to a view of Annandale Canyon; and the spa-like bathroom flaunting a soaking tub.

The double-waterfall island accommodates four people, while the marbled kitchen counter (and matching backsplash) make this a truly contemporary space.

The breakfast room opens to a spacious patio with views of Annandale Canyon. It’s equally perfect for a cup of joe in the morning with your favorite person or a late-night Monopoly sesh.

Many midcentury modern homes appear quite cookie-cutter. Not this Pasadena jewel, however: Just look at that bold rug, attention-grabbing chairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows that let nature do the talking!

Even a transitional space like this one is a winner here, with skylight windows, built-in sofas in a color we absolutely adore, and shelves to display all of your favorite objets d’art.

The soaking tub’s brass hardware and the walk-in shower’s heavily veined marble come together for an incredible bathroom setup.

The backyard is very “desert chic,” what with its cacti, wood elements, and overall easygoing feel.

Certain design threads run through the 3,551-square-foot abode and integrate its various rooms into an unforgettable whole. One is the abundance of brass pendants—adding extra warmth to an already glowing home—and another is the way every room seems to erase the boundaries between the outdoors and indoors. Windows are oversize here, wood finishes are plenty, and no single furniture item (or bold wallpaper print, for that matter) overpowers the overall scheme. We could totally envision Moore and company using the space to decompress from their busy Hollywood routine.

After all, how can you not feel peace and relaxation with that sleek pool, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, multiple patios, and hilltop location?
