Jessica made her racing debut in the British Formula Ford championship as a guest driver. She put in some strong drives, with a pair of finishes inside the top 10 from her three race starts that weekend.

Jessica Hawkins
Jessica Hawkins has proved her worth in single-seaters, in touring cars and even as a stunt driver, and is a key ambassador for increased diversity and inclusion within the motorsport industry.
Her racing career began at the age of eight. She was a champion in cadet-level racing in the UK and won on her debut on the European scene.
Jessica moved to cars full-time in Formula 4 for 2015 but was unable to continue her career on the single-seater ladder due to lack of budget. Afterwards, she swapped to tin-tops – successfully racing in the Mini Challenge UK, nearly winning the Cooper Pro Class, before embarking on a drastic career change.
In 2018, Jessica spent much of her year touring Europe with Fast and Furious Live, taking part as a stunt driver. For 2019, she joined the newly formed, all-female W Series, which raced in Formula Regional machinery.
A pair of strong races at the end of the season brought her into automatic qualification to remain in the series for 2020, but it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, she made her debut in the very competitive British Touring Car Championship. She next raced in W Series in 2021, where she was able to improve her performances further and joined Aston Martin F1 Team as Driver Ambassador.
While also racing in W Series in 2021, Jessica reprised her stunt driver role in the James Bond film No Time to Die and used her voice and profile to help promote diversity and inclusion within racing.
Jessica remained in W Series in 2022 and continued her role with Aston Martin, where she had her first taste of the F1 simulator. She started the season very strongly – taking a podium finish in the first race of the season in Miami. She also performed well in her home race in Silverstone and in what turned out to be the season finale in Singapore. She also dovetailed her Aston Martin F1 Team and W Series commitments with racing in the TCR UK series.
During a private test at the Hungaroring in 2023, Jessica became the first woman in almost five years to test a modern Formula One car. Her role with the team has expanded for 2024, as she becomes our Head of Racing in F1 Academy, working closely with Tina Hausmann.
