After Reports That They’re Taking Time Apart, Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez Are Apparently “Quietly” Trying To Sell Their $60 Million House

    We have another update on Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s alleged marital woes.

    If you need reminding, the past month has brought a lot of speculation that Ben and Jen — who married in 2022 after rekindling their 2000s romance — are headed for divorce.

    After Ben skipped the Met Gala on May 6, J.Lo liked an Instagram post all about struggling to be with someone “who is disconnected from themselves.”


    On May 17, a source told People that the couple are no longer living together, and two days later, Entertainment Tonight published reports that they’re “taking a second to figure out what each of them is going through and wants.”


    A subsequent report from ET claimed that “one of the issues” the couple faces in their marriage is Jen’s inability to feel “satisfied.” 

    Though Ben and Jen have been photographed together several times over the past few weeks, the split speculation stepped up a notch on May 31 when J.Lo canceled her summer tour to “be with her children, family, and close friends.”

    The statement announcing the tour's cancellation notably did not mention her husband, which some found intriguing.

    And now, with all eyes on the couple, reports claim that their marital home might be back the market.

    According to Entertainment Tonight, Ben and J.Lo are “quietly” trying to sell their $60.8 million mansion, which they bought just over a year ago.

    After two years of searching, they purchased the Beverly Hills property in May 2023 and moved in soon after closing the deal.

    ET also reported that J.Lo has been seen house hunting in recent weeks, which comes after she issued a statement to her fans about drowning out the “negativity” in the world.

    In the June 5 edition of her newsletter, On the J.Lo, the singer celebrated her new movie, Atlas, hitting the number one spot on Netflix worldwide.

    ““Hi everybody, I just found out some great news andit’ss all because of YOU!!“"ATLAS is #1 worldwide again this week!!”” she wrote of the movie, which was a major streaming hit despite poor reviews from critics.““Thank you all so much!!””


    She continued: “It may seem like there’s a lot of negativity out in the world right now…but don’t let the voices of a few drown out that there is soooo much love out there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I love you all so much.”

    Jen and Ben have yet to address the divorce rumors officially, but we’ve reached out to their representatives for comment.
