I hate when people say “crying doesn’t help” because it literally does! Crying releases oxytocin and endogenous opioids, also known as endorphins. These feel-good chemicals help ease both physical and emotional pain.
you really don’t gain anything from being bitter other than being miserable. you really have to learn how to let go & find peace because worrying about things/people that aren’t worried about you is pointless.
