It doesn’t always mean there is something medically wrong with you. Sometimes, it’s just life stressors. I’ve had every work up you can think of. All of them came out amazingly well. I am, however, overly stressed with life and that causes me to feel tired and rundown a lot.

What I find saddest about this is that OP is placing blame on the female and terrified the guy is going to leave her for what she did. OP needs to let go of him and find herself in therapy. She obviously has a low opinion of her self worth and she needs to work on that.
