I knew a girl whose name was Penelope and her middle name was Paige (her grandma's name). Both cute names. But kids are mean and the kids in middle school called her peepee Penelope because her initials were P.P

Watching my mom get older is hard... I cry sometimes because I get so anxious about her passing. She's a phenomenal woman and my best friend. Some of my friends have started to lose their parents and it's a very scary thought

@applesauceandchops my grandpa is 90 and he's in the late stages and had trouble with swallowing. My mom is his caretaker and she's 58. I worry everyday about her because the stress of being a caretaker is hard. Watching the people I love most get older is scary

Putting up boundaries and cutting out toxic people in my life has helped a ton. I was too much of a people pleaser in my twenties. Thirties have been fun and less stressful because I don't spread myself thin anymore
