CareSource knows that understanding health care can be confusing. We strive to make it easy for doctors, members and the community to work with us, whether online or over the phone.

A Member Services representative will be happy to answer your questions Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. unless otherwise stated below. Our Provider Services department will answer your calls from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours of Operation and Holidays
CareSource is open for business 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays.

- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
If the holiday falls on a Saturday, the company will be closed on the Friday before. If the holiday is on a Sunday, we will celebrate the Monday after.

Register with Ariba for Potential Opportunities to be a Supplier for CareSource

The Ariba Network is a hosted service that connects suppliers to buying organizations such as CareSource, allowing them to conduct transactions over the internet. The light account is all that is needed and is free. Learn more at: supplier.ariba.com
CareSource will use Ariba Network to do the following:
- Search and qualify suppliers with products and services we need
- Negotiate Contracts
- Conduct risk assessment surveys
As a supplier you might already have an existing relationship with the Ariba network and only need to connect with CareSource. Suppliers can connect to Ariba Network by fax, email, online, through EDI or using cXML. Companies must be registered on Ariba Network before they can send and receive documents.
Registration on Ariba Network takes only a few minutes—all that’s needed is basic company information such as the company name, address, and a business contact. CareSource will send additional questionnaires as you proceed through verification.
