"Swig Equities, LLC, (is) was established in 2001 and it is a privately owned real estate investment and development company of major residential and commercial buildings as well as operating companies and securities. Its subsidiary companies are:
- Falcon Pacific Construction (comprised of: Falcon Pacific Construction, LLC and Falcon Pacific Builders, LLC)
- Fulcrum Equities, LLC
