The flag of Cromwell, Connecticut, consists of the town emblem, in gold, on a
royal blue bedsheet. It was unveiled at the then-new town hall on November 2nd,
1985.

The source also mentions a 610 ft flag. The color shade used is RGB:3B4093,
which is not far off the mark of the recommended RGB equivalence of 3D428B for
what Pantone Inc. gives at
