The seal depicts a scene of a full minecart with the slogan "Rock Market of
the Southeast". This refers to Rockmart's history as a major rock mining and
market area. below the Minecart is a crossed pick and shovel laying on a rock.
In the background is a mountainous landscape with a rising sun.
