Create Your Path Harm Reduction Skills Group

Now Enrolling

The group will be focused on skills building to help you develop your optimal relationship to your substance use, and to clarify if moderation is a realistic option. Some specific skills we will be discussing are mindfulness and present moment awareness, urge surfing and working with internal and external triggers. The goal is to learn how to navigate challenging situations more effectively and to help foster an attitude of self compassion and curiosity.  As this is a harm reduction group, abstinence is not required to participate, but we do ask if you could refrain from using any substances (outside of prescribed medications) at least 12 hours from the start of the group.   I also hope to create an environment of curiosity and playfulness as we "experiment" with practicing these skills.
